I am Clement Ogola, live in Ogera village and I am a businessman dealing in second hand clothes, mainly women wears.
I sat for my Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education in the year 2010 at Atemo secondary school. I obtained a mean grade of B-.
Due to lack of school fees to further my education, I started buying kitchen wares at cheaper prices, market and sell them.
I am married and fathering a daughter. So far I have bought three goats with the profit I have made from the business.
I like inspiring fellow youths to live their dreams and believe in themselves.
For the rest of my life, just want to enjoy freedom by being innovative in business field and help create many opportunities for young generation.
I like playing ball games during my free time.
I do sell second hand clothes commonly refferred to as mitumba in Mbale town. I have a shop where I display my merchandise and have a good sales reputation.I deal in second hand clothes that I source from the wholesalers from the open air market in Nairobi.
I have always encountered a setback due to bad debtors but it most of them nomarlly settle .I make an average of $90 monthly profit. This is after expenses of averagely $60 hare been deducted. My source of income to help me repay the loan shall come from my business which is stable but require expansion to capture more clients.
I`ll ensure I abide by zidisha regulations outlined and repay the loan promptly.
I humbly look forward to your positive response in regard to my application.
I hereby apply for a loan to expand my fresh juice business that I started earlier this year. I managed to construct a container shop that has been acting as my fresh juice restaurant. Since the business started operating in March, its been flourishing, considering that it is located at a strategic place in town. The customer turn up has been overwhelming and in a good day I have been making upto USD29 as my profit on daily basis. This has helped me in venturing into farming and as at now , I have six goats and two bulls in the village. From my savings, I have also changed the theme of my house.
I have been experiencing a challenge of space since my shop is small but the customers are many. Most customers also need some fast food like chips but this becomes a challenge since the space is limited. If my loan application is considered , I will rent a spacious room and buy more requirements for the same. This project will cost me about USD1748 . I have a plan to open up a new branch and leave the current shop operating so that I can maximise the profit from the business. The most important requirements for the business are; a double door freezer, two multipurpose blenders, a spacious room, chairs and tables and utensils. I am looking forward to making a profit of not less than USD48 per day with the new shop. I therefore with utmost humility, request for your funding .Thanks in advance.
