About Me

My name is Maryanne Awuor Makanda, 23 Years old. I am a holder of certificate in health records and information technology. Just sat my final qualifying exam for the upgrading to Diploma at Kenya Medical Training College from 5th June, 2017 to 8th June, 2017 will be graduating December 2017.

It was very challenging, and never knew I will clear my studies but thank God my sponsor Stig from Norway made it happen.

I now wish to initiate a project to help me before and after I get employment. I believe with full support from Zidisha lenders I will make it through.

My Business

My source of income is part-time job, I work as Records Clerk at Siaya County Referreal Hospital. It is time now too to bring up business that will boost what I get as part timer, I wish with Zidisha support I will be able to start an M-Pesa. I will need about 550USD to help me buy M-Pesa till at 150USD and Pay M-Pesa workshop rent at 15USD then the remaining will be my working capital

Loan Proposal

Dear grate team, I wish to venture in another business along side my M-Pesa so instead of boosting float at my M-Pesa shop I wish to acquire a refurbished laptop worth 25000KES or 250USD to help me curry out freelancing (Data Entry job) while at home after my normal working hours which are from 8am to 5pm. After am done with everything at the house I can now work again online for like 4 to 5 hours this will earn me good money approximately 20 to 25USD every four hours of online freelancing especially data entry. Otherwise I hope this get funded thank you in advance.

Its unfortunate that many lenders showed up when my loan was about to expire I wish I could get that 18% a day to expiry I would have reduced the loan limit to at least receive the little amount which would have been of great impact to my business. Now another giant problem is ahead waiting for my post to be reviewed that i posted to one of my assigned members, then is when I can apply loan again and wait for it to be funded maybe it might again end like this and start the processes again. So sad but I have to stick within since its in zidisha that I will get affordable rates though not reliable in times of emergency and so it becomes hard for new members who have just been referred to be patient like am trying to be. Meanwhile thank you all who supported me even though it never reached me, I wish it could be that when your loan is not fully funded the little that have been funded is sent you it could be so wonderful. To my good lenders who tried to help me in this please I invite you to the next loan that I will publish again and I wish you will support me

I had some delays but I hope to clear the whole amount by 4th Next month that is why I submitted just 500kes instead of the agreed 6000kes hope you understand my lenders. I promise you will be happy otherwise thank you the business is underway though bit of challenges but all shall be well.

Dear lenders and the team as a whole I wish to inform you that at exactly 7.04am Kenyan time (EAT) a short message service (SMS) have reached my inbox with 20,500 plus KES (205USD) and am glad to now say the cash is at hand. I will now work to put in place the M-Pesa. I believe by Monday it will be running as I prepare to start my repayment 4th sep. be blessed and thank you.
