About Me

I'm Serwaa Nyarko Constance from Ahwiaa in the Ashanti region of Ghana, When I was about to complete my Senior High School my mother who has been single parenting me lost her job and it became a problem for me to start my University Education. My results came and I had passed so I had to start school, I applied for the University and started to work until I had a letter from the school that I've been admitted and since then I've been supporting myself at the University level from there. I'm in my third year at the University of Ghana and things are very very difficult for me now since our economy is also not as it used to be.

My Business

When I started to work, I got a work as a fuel (petrol, diesel) service station attendant and that has been the work I have been doing when I came home from Senior High School. I have been working as a pump attendant since then at that fuel (petrol, diesel) service station, which I receive Gh¢ 180.00 every month. But with this, when school resumes I stop and go back when school is on vacation. Education is one of the essential tolls to a successful future life so I am determined to attain my bachelor's degree at all cost. next semester is just around the corner and I need money to cater for my tuition for the 2nd semester.

Loan Proposal

School is gradually comming to an end and project work for final year students are very crucial at these times. With the help of a laptop I will be able to come to a successful end in my project for my degree program. When I get this loan funded, the most crucial and important thing I need now is a laptop to help me through my project. Our electricity in Ghana is not always constantly supplying us with power so I think with the laptop even when there is a lights out, I can still continue with my project and finish on time time too. Thank you

I am pleading with the zidisha organization to help reactivate my loan for me so that I can post a new loan proposal for funding because I am a new member already and I believe that this is one of the computter glitches. If I dont get the help I need from here then m y final year project is really going to be very difficult for which will then be leading me to failure, so please help me out.

I want to start by thanking the zidisha team one big time for making my life on campus very simpler for me. When I was offered the chance to apply for a loan, I still doubted, what kind of organization is this? But to my surprise, my loan was ready right on time, I got my books, paid for my Junior Common Room(JCR) Dues on time, I had enough for my upkeed. If it wasn't for this loan I wouldn't have gotten anywhere else to turn to at that time becasue my mother had been admitted at the hospital and had to attend to her health first so you can immagine the kind of situation I was going through at that time, so I am very much grateful to the zidisha team for helping me at that time. I want to plead on your behalf once again that I need a laptop to start my project work at the University so I will plead that you help fund my loan once again for me. Thank you

I have a major concern, Most of my invitees get their application declined even when it has been published for fundraising and even fully funded. I don't know whether this is a computer bug of something. I wish something is done about it because I am the one being blamed always for sharing their information online without getting the help they needed. Thank you

The loan I took really help me in the early stage when school reopened, I am doing a distance learning for my degree. Now I am about to write my end of semester exams and I have gotten support from a family member and since I am so grateful for the help offered, I would like to show my appreciation by paying off the remaining so that I can request for a higher amount to solve another issue of mine. Thank you.
