About Me

my name is monica mutheu born and brought up in the rift valley province of kenya with two kids..a boy and a girl,we live in the humble town of Gilgil in Nakuru county.

My Business

Am monicah mutheu from gilgil,nakuru county,i run a chicken farm business in my home which i call the kuku tayari farm.
i rare a breed of chicken from pure kienyeji,improved kienyeji ,layers and even broilers.
started the business during the covid outbreak when my sole source of income came to an abrupt stop and wasnt in a financial position to cater for my family

Project Proposal

My kuku tayari farm is a chicken raising one that buy chicks and raise them for sale.the funds i get here i buy the chicks at 1$ each and after 6-8weeks we sell them at around $5 depending on the demand.
part of the other fund i use to buy chick mash and the necessary antibiotics to prevent mass death of the batch due to the rapid diseases available.
