About Me

I am Mrs Fransisca Ogeta , was born 1952 in Mombasa Kenya. To tell my childhood history i used to be humorous alot something which my parents say they didn't know from where I'd inherited such. Neither of my siblings had such a habit nor of both my parents. And to their surprise i am completely different as at the present.
I lost my parents at my early stages in life and nobody was willing to cater for my expenses including my school fee. I initiated tree planting thereby i could prepare tree seedlings for sale. Each of the seedlings would cost Kshs 5. Therefore i could sell like Kshs 10,000 per annum. And the school fees by then was like Kshs 2,000 per annum. The rest of the cash i used to support my siblings errands.

My Business

Through a very close friend who used to do tree planting, i came to get interested in the same business. And to date i am largely known as a forest tycoon in my residential area. it's a business occupation mostly done by men.
My typing costs include but not limited to;
1. purchasing lands used for planting trees for sale
2. planting costs
3. primary cultivation costs
4. secondary cultivation costs
5. weeding costs
6. others

Revenues costs include
1. proceeds from the sales of timber
2. proceeds from the sales of seedlings

Loan Proposal

I am hereby requesting for Kshs 1183 and I'd like to purchase seeds of which i want to plant for resale of the seedlings.
1 kg of eucalyptus seeds @ Kshs 1000
costs of labour is Kshs 183
1 kg of eucalyptus will produce 1500 seedlings of which i will sell each seedlings @ Kshs 10 . After the sales i will get Kshs 10,000.
out of the acquired amount i will put aside the amount meant for repaying the loan and the rests i will use as follows;
1. pay rent for my house Kshs 1,000
2. pay myself Kshs 2,000
3. pay for the school fees of my son in high school Kshs 3,000
4. the remaining amount i will bank
