As the third born of my mom, I was always being taken care by my brethren. I started my primary education in Prestea and actually attended three schools before completing my primarily education.
The need to improve my self, to be financially sound and help my family energised me to venture into trading after completing my senior high school. I further persued my first degree in engineering with some support from family members. With the upbringing i had growing up, developed in me hospitality and honesty. In future, I want my children always to strive to finish and soar higher than am doing now.
I love to read and also play table tennis
I trade in Shoes, slippers, flip flops and sandals for both males and females.
And i am always yearning to increase my stock to enable me raise more money to assist my siblings.
The selling of these goods is more of like a family business for which my mom started in our town and hence I have gained much experience in the demands of my customers.
Man can not exempt himself or herself from putting on shoes hence a major requirement for our daily lives.
I initially started the business with 11 pairs of slippers but now have about 50 pairs in stock as a result of investing my profit in the business. And I expect to have about 3 stations for selling my goods with my involvement in Zidisha. I also want to deal in selling of recharge cards for various telecommunications and e-banking.
I intend adding MTN mobile money.
Please this is the second time applying for the loan and with the approaching Easter festival, demands will be high and I need to stock my shop in other to create a high preference among my competitors and hence having a high income. I will purchase the following items with the loan.
Men shoes (50 pairs) = $150
Ladies shoe (50 pairs) = $150
Men slippers (50 pairs) =$100
Ladies slippers (50 pairs) =$100
MTN recharge card = $50
Vodafone recharge card =$20
Tigo recharge card = $10
