About Me

My life had been alright untill my dad who was a doctor passed on when i was a first yr student in college.i never lacked anything.dad always paid my fees on time.in the yr 2002 i lost my dad and this is the time i realised that i had to be self reliant.
My relatives could not do much to assist me.having lost my mom 7 years earlier i was now left with my brain to be smart.i started by selling second hand clothes tp my collegemates.these clothes i got cheaply from kibuye market on saturdays.from these i raised my fees and my cousin topped up whenever she could.
When i graduated in hotel management i tried working for hotels and instituitions but i wasnt happy.i worked odd hours with meager pay.
So i decided to operate my own eatery.

My Business

After working at the bankok restaurant in yaya centre nairobi for a year.i decided to use my savings to buy kitchen equipments.
I paid rent with money that i made from cake baking.and thats how i began this business.i only produce food.the bar is run diffrently and even the rooms.in future i would like to run a full hotel.baking bread and cakes for occasions,outside catering and even training.
At this time of drought we have a big problem with quality vegetable supply.so i would like to apply for a loan so that i can grow my own my own good vegetables since i have water supply at my residence.

Loan Proposal

I will grow vegetables to supply my restaurant.since the drought has affected the quality and price of the vegetables.this will boost my sales very much.
The quality of my food products will be maintained therefore i will maintain my guests at the restaurant.
I may also get supply orders from other hotels since we normally liase when nessesary.
This will be a lesson to other people in kisumu since most veges come from kissi town.
