My names are Damaris Mwandeki Kageni, I wasborn in Uasin Gishu District. I went to Township Primary School andcompleted my KCPE and later joined Kapsoya Secondary school and completed my KCSE Certificate of Secondary Education. Due to financial difficulties I was not able to continue farther with my education. So I started looking for a job and manage to get a job in a hotel in Eldoret town. When I married my story
I left the job and started my own business as a shop keeper in which I get my daily income up to date.
Currently am not employed but I run a retail shop in Eldoret Town I sell daily home goods which includes bar soaps costing sh600 per box in whole sale price , steelwool, petroleumjelly, a box of biscuits going around ksh 500candles, shoe polishes,wheat flour and cooking both solid and the liquid ones, maize flour, salt, sweets, sugar,Spices, creates of soda, bubble gums, tea leaves, sanitarytowels and also trays of eggs.
I Will use the to pay school fees for my children. The remaining amount I will use to restock my shop and pay electricity bill.
For restocking I will buy the following;
bar soaps, bags of rice and sugar, shoe polishes, books and a bundle of maize flour.
