My names are David njenga kimunya I come from kiambu west county a small town known as limuru in the outskirts of Nairobi city, I was born in the year 1990 joined a public primary school known as karanjee primary school then manguo high school and attained a grade b+, I couldn’t further my education because my mother died several years ago, I never knew my father either as i had only a mother, my uncle Philip njenga took me after my mothers death and supported my high school education but could not support me further because he had younger children so I began going for labor works to support my needs, after some months I managed to secure a contract employment at tigoni hospital as a casual worker where I earned 350ksh a day ,I saved 200ksh each day and used the money to rent a place of my own so I moved from my uncles place, luckily my girlfriend got pregnant last year and she moved in with me although her parents did not support this ,I then had to work extra hard to provide for her and as this year began my salary was also raised to 500shilngs and I got a permanent job in the same hospital as a gardener I love flowers being smart and fashion ,drawing ,swimming and socializing.
my house is located at karanjee maendeleo house plot blue roof a kilometer away from limuru town.I live in a apartment holding almost one hundred people and limuru if you happen to know the place is a very cold place so people buy charcoal at very high prices I then decided to ask my wife to be selling charcoal at the door of my house and she liked the idea so I started with two sacks of charcoal bought at a wholesale price of 800ksh and we sell in cans of 70 and 80shs per can, a sack gives 25 cans so I make roughly 2000ksh per sack a profit of 1200shs per sack, in a week we sales two to three sacks and make a average of 3000ksh while I go to my job and manage to save 200ksh per day we combine the cash and save it in a bank we have been doing this since last year July as we are planning to set up a shop come this year February ,as stated early am a gardener at tigoni hospital.
Thank you again for a chance to raise my secound loan.
Granted this loan i will buy 30 sacks of charcoal at $10 each.
This will increase my stock and meet my customers demand.
I will also have spared time which i lose going to transport a sack,i will transport all the 30 sacks in a day.
I will then expect to make a 20percent profit increase.
