My name is Edward Hagan from Ghana. I am a high school graduate and a local entrepreneur. When I was younger, I lived with my parents who took very good care of me until things really changed after the death of my father. I stopped school, and l rarely got a chance after a year on. Now I am into the distribution trade of sachet water and I have been on this laudable initiative for more than 3 years. I took this initiative when l fell off in school and continued through until l got back to school. I worked my job part time, however, when back in school until I finally completed school. I am a very hardworking young man.
I sell and distribute sachet water in my community. It is quite on a large scale. I started some five years ago and it has grown over the years. Water is an essential good and a necessity for life and, for that matter, it is needed every day.
I choose this kind of business due to the profit column and the need for that service.
I make a profit of not less than forty percent of my invested capital so is quite profitable and sometimes it rises far above that. Profits are reinvested and I improve my life with them too. I still have a dream of going to college and, for that matter, I am saving towards it too.
When my project is supported and disbursement reaches me, I will use the entire loan money to expand my services. I will be buying two hundred and fifty bags of sachet water to sell for the following one month. I expect a profit of not below forty percent of the invested amount. This will raise up my sales every day and every week and will also make drinking water readily available for the people of my community.
Thank you.
