I am called Roland Bernard Atampuri. I am the last born of my parents. I live under the single parenting of my mother who successfully took me through primary, junior high and senior high school education.
I completed senior high school the year 2016. Before completing SHS, I used to assisted a neighbour in selling pen drives, adopters, straight phones and memory cards among others in the Zebilla market. I managed to save some money to assist my mother in taking care of me during my school days. I used part of the money gotten to buy and sell pen drives, adopters and memory cards among others from my neighbour.
I got little income from the savings I used to make from helping my neighbour in selling his items until I was introduced to Zidisha. I have been supported financially by my Lenders and the Zidisha community.
I would like to be able to increase my importation of pen drives, micro SD cards and adopters from China. These goods are high in demand in Zebilla and its environs because the people patronize devices such as mobile phones, mp3 players, dvd players, etc and this compels them to buy storage devices to store their information (music, videos, etc). By this I hope to reinvest in the business with the capital gotten to enable the business grow.
The profit generated would be used in repaying the loan as well as assisting my family in getting a three-square meal.
I will use the loan to import hundred (100) pen drives valued at $295.79 from China through aliexpress.com, one of the world's most reliable online business platforms. The remaining amount of $33.9 will be used to pay the import duties and other charges at the post office when the items arrive because they will be deliver via the post office system in order for it to get to my district after arriving at the shores of the country.
When the goods arrive, the sale of it will assist me to get money and repay my loan as well as improving my family's standard of living. It will also enable me to get some savings for educating myself in Gbewaa College Education where I am currently undertaking a Diploma in Basic Education Programme because it is my dream to become a teacher by profession to enable me impart the knowledge and skills gotten onto the younger generation to come and to be a renowned flourishing entrepreneur known for importation of storage devices and other mobiles devices within Zebilla in the Bawku West District of Upper East Region of Ghana and its neighbourhood. The expansion of the business will also lead to creation of job opportunities for others who will subsequently come and take from me to retail.
