i am a kenyan aged 25,married, holding a degree in english literature, currently working at mugaa secondary school.
i have partnered with my wife running a salon. we started the business early 2010. the business is doing well apart from we usualy run out of stock due to luck of funds. after paying the house rent, electricity and water bill and paying a salary of kshs 2200 to my wife the business is approximately making a profit of kshs 2000 every month. there is alot of competition from earby salons since they have betterr equipments e.g comfortable sits, modern blow drier, latest cosmetics. if given this loan i will top up the kshs 15000 at hand, equip the business with the latest cosmetics, machines to attract more customers and employ the jobless since i will expand my business. i am anticipating to have more customers since my wife is well trained and known in the area. i have budgeted for kshs 40000 to do all the above.
if given the loan i intend to increase the latest stock in my salon.this will increase the customer turn out in my business.the first loan was very helpful and i take this opportunity to thank all zidisha lenders for their good work of transforming lives of people from humble background.currently my business is doing okay.
