my name is Evans Herozumi. I live in Bangladesh Estate in Nakuru. From the shell bus terminus, bard a vehicle that plies total Shabab route and a light at total petrol station. Opposite total petrol station is a building written Maya tyres. I live in the apartment behind this building. The specific room is number 5 in block LR 250.I am 23 years old graduate from Egerton University.I am single energetic and young entrepreneur in the hotel industry.Other than business, i am an underwriter at Pascis insurance company ltd. I started a cafeteria back in January 2013 upon doing a feasibility study and on realizing how profitable is the business.my business is also located in Bangladesh estate at imperial house.I currently put back my average monthly profit of KES 24000 into the business.
My current average daily profit is KES 800. i put back KES 600 into the business and the rest for my own use. with the average savings of KES 600 per day or total savings from the average profit of KES800, one days saving can stand for the loan. Preference to my business is purely based on the quality of services that i offer and the good customer to employee personal relationship.Like in any other business i experience certain risks which includes perishability and weather changes which impacts adversely on customer preferences.I do an average purchases of KES 80000 per month and total sales o f between 145000-160000. in unlikely event that the turn over in terms of profit is not able to support the loan, i will commit my monthly earning into monthly repayment.
I will use KES2500 to purchase furniture. this will enable me to increase the number of customers handled at a time. I will put the remaining amount on stock and purchase of a pressure cooker that will enhance faster cooking of recipe that takes long to cook for example been stew, meat stew among others. an increase in number of customers bears positive impact on profit margin.
