Am married with three children.All school going one at polytechnic,second at the last at primary school.With the help of my husband and through the farming we manage to give them a quality education. I specialize in farming of maize,cows,sheep and in poultry on my piece of land which is 6acres.
Annually the maize production estimates at 100 bags selling at 3000 per bag which gives me about 300000,through the sale of milk the two cows produces about 15 litres a day in a month making 4500 litres it gives me about 162000 a litre selling at 30.After the deduction of maize expenses of fertilizer,seeds,ploughing and transportation which totals to at least 53000 and that of cattle for ticks spray,feeds and at times when am busy with home chores i hire somebodyb to sell for me at the market all totals to approximately 20000 after the total deduction am left with a bout 389000 this helps me to budget for the year i.e my pay,school fees,entertainment and the rest i wait for the next season .
