About Me

Paul is my name, a born resident of Nakuru town. I am a christian at St Jude catholic church. I grew in Nakuru town being the first born son in a family of four, i also happened to have access to education. I went to primary school at Kiini Primary, later on went to Nakuru high school. I never stepped to a university because of financial constrains.
I wanted to assist my mother who was struggling so much to provide for us and for that reason after finishing secondary school, i wanted to engage myself in an income generation activity that will help me provide for her together with my younger siblings. I therefore started a small grocery business in town where i sell grocery items. This include onions, tomatoes, vegetables, fruits and so on.
With this business i have been able to play the role of a father by providing for my family, my father is an Alcoholic and he therefore plays a very minimal role in taking care of his family.

My Business

I sale grocer in the market places in Nakuru. l sale Tomatoes, Onions, Vegetables; cabbages, kales and some traditional veges. I also sale different kinds of fruits that happen to be on the market in different seasons.
This services or goods are useful because they play a very important role is sustaining our living. People eat the items that i sale and for that reason they are able to see the next day or survive.
i chose this business because it did not require a lot of capital to start, i also wanted a business that could support my mother in taking care of my siblings.
i use the profits that i make to provide for my siblings that is provide food for them, clothe them and also pay there school fees. This is also done with the support of my mother who does casual works around our homestead for example washing people's clothes, farming among other works

Loan Proposal

Thank you so much for allowing my to express my issue at hand. My father has been an alcohol addict for a very long time. This has affected our family in many ways for example i was forced to end my schooling because of lack of school fees despite my father being a Banker, my mother is also struggling so much to provide for my siblings because my father has failed to play his family roles.
I wish therefore to use the loan in addition to some money that i have made and also together with my mother’s income to force my father to go to a rehabilitation center for 6 months at Nakuru District Hospital. I have done inquiries and learn that we need around 500 us dollars for these exercise to be done. The loan will help me foot part of the hospital bill.
I will pay back the loan through my grocery business.
