About Me

A picture of my childhood would not be complete without another towering figure. My late grandmother, the late Rose Afful influenced my life a great deal. Whenever my cousins and I went to her home for a visit; she had a request. The first instructions as we entered her apartment were "You all drink that tea on the table while its hot." I was never a fan of tea so I wouldn't drink it without Grandma telling me the name of the tea and its benefits. These conversations with Grandma were the beginning of my unorthodox training in the healing properties of herbs, Since then; I have been fascinated with research and seeking out natural ingredients to treat various ailments. My enthusiasm and appreciation skyrockets even more when they heal.

My Business

As an adolescent; I developed a hip joint disease that required several orthopedic surgeries. Despite the seriousness of my illness; I couldn't help being impressed by the ability of the doctors and nurses to heal. This gift seemed so incredibly empowering! I also wanted to help boost the health, beauty and vitality of the people that I encounter. When this feeling was combined with my already existing passion for natural healing; Beverly's Beauty Blessings was born. For me this entity is not only a business, but an extension of my calling.
