About Me

Hello,
My name is Vallery Kighowa. I am a 31 year old lady living in Nairobi Kenya. I am a make up artist and beauty consultant. I am looking to start up a physical studio. This will help me be able to serve my clients best. It will also help me to create another income avenue for myself by teaching other interested clients. This will help the greater community by empowering others with a skill that can help also advance their social economic lives.

My Business

My business is a Makeup business. I do consultations and currently serve my clients at their place of convenience. I have had to be very mobile and flexibly, I am always on the go. This is the only way I have been able to survive. It would be better to have a physical premise where I can easily serve walk in clients. This would give me a steady platform and increase my output on the same. I currently charge about 3000- 6500 per client, depending on the type of service I am giving.

Project Proposal

When Zidisha community help me receive the funds, I will start by securing a place for the said studio. Then I will make the necessary physical adjustments make the premise condusive to serve make up clientele and also teach the students that will apply for the courses I offer. I will then further register for expansion and find out ways to impact the larger community from this project.
