My name is Brian Bwalya a Zambia young man. I come from the Northern Province of Zambia where my biological parents come from and my ancestors. I live in Chongwe district. I went to Chakunkula Secondary School where I completed my grade 12 education. From there I went to Evelyn Hone College and studied a Diploma in food production and business studies. After graduating I got employed by National Breweries Plc as a production supervisor. Therefore, after working for 4 years, I did raise some money which I was saving in the bank to start up a business for additional income. I have a small business which am managing in our township and some income for my family. Looking at the challenges of life I would like my children to become well educated and specialized in the area of medicine and engineering. I love watching football and go partying during my free time.
I have a small shop where I stock assorted groceries, clothing , meat products and chickens. From the business that is were my source of income is and also from the monthly salary. The goods I sale these are daily consumables by the people are always in demand. I choose this business because I generate good income the profit I make is very huge and this is the main reason why I need more business capital to grow the business so that I should grow the business as demand is increasing at the moment. The profits I make from my business I use it for reinvestment ,home improvement, paying shop rentals and paying school fees.
However, I want to put in a lot efforts and determination to grow this business so that I can now start support the welfare of orphaned children in the community.
Following the demand from my customers I decided to raise more capital to grow my business in retail shop by replenishing more good in the shop and by all the goods required by the customers. In addition to that I want to buy the storage system for the butchery section. As for the clothing section I want to increase the bale for second clothing so that I can increase income generation for investments , home improvements, pay shop rentals on time and pay school fee for children on time.
