About Me

My name is Erastus Muthee from Nakuru town, the forth largest town in Kenya,, located at Rift valley region,,, I was born in Nyandarua county at the slope of abedares ranges,,, At place called Marshes a very cold erea near Thampson fall. At the age of six years,, I started my Basic education in a school called kihara a government school. I studied for 8 yrs,, And graduated for tertiary level,, and due to financial constraints in our family,I was forced to join a nearby day school,, And luckly I completed after four years of study, After that I never had an opportunity to further my education and decided to look for a casual job an ambition that landed me in Nakuru town. I was able to get one as machine operator in timber saw mill, I worked there for five year and through savings I was able to purchase a small maize grinder as have already developed interest in machine operation.

My Business

My business involves buying and selling of maize and maize flour.I buy maize from farmers at lower price, and then sell it to consumers and a bit higher price,Grid some pack that flour at different size of 2kgs,5kgs,10kg and sell it to consumers. On a good day I can make 10 to 15 dollars or more depending on preference of customers. The profit I make I use it to pay power charges,, House rent,,, School fees for my 3Kids and of course to settle other r basic needs, The reminder I use it to buy more stock

Loan Proposal

My loan will be used to grow my business.I will buy 15 kg of wheat at a cost of 50 per kg and after milling It I will put it in a small bucket ready for sell,I have custorners who loce to consume brown flour which is whole meal instead of white flour which have lost some nutrients during milling processes.That flour which have no waste I will sell It at cost of 80 shs per kg making a profit of 450 shs.
