About Me

I am the third born in a family of four. My eldest brother took on art as a source of livelihood and I learned from him. I made through high school with a lot of hardship[ and I decided to do art in order to raise funds for my university education. Art is unique at the moment because most people are realizing the value of keeping portraits painted and drawn for aesthetic purposes. I enjoy playing soccer and I wish to study accountancy

My Business

I do artworks depending on special orders because am yet to start taking my work to galleries. I look for people who want family portraits done either in pencil or acrylics on canvas. They give me photos that I use to do the final piece and a small amount as deposit before I begin the work. The pay range varies from client to client, but tyhe range is between 3000-5000 shillings per piece

Loan Proposal

The whole amount raised through this loan will go into purchasing art supplies. I wish to replenish my brushes, get more more oil paints and several other sets of pencils and graphite. I also want to start making customized frames for artworks that I do for clients. The growth of the business will give me more hope that I can really raise the funds I need for my university education.
