About Me

My name is Esther Awuah Angate. I am a pretty lady who hails from a small farming community known as Techimantia in the bring Ahafo region of Ghana. I had some basic education but I was not able to climb the education ladder to the highest levels as expected because, my parents were financially handicapped. I decided to enter into business by establishing a small canteen which i later turned it into small restaurant. Now I want to construct a fishpond at my parents backyard
It is my wish to educate my children well to become useful citizens. I like watching film during my leisure time.

My Business

Even though I have not abandoned my small restaurant I first set up, I now want to enter into fish farming by constructing a fish pond at the backyard of my parents house. My objective is to use the harvested fish to feed my restaurant and sell the surpluses to the general public to generate more income for my daily upkeep.

Loan Proposal

Entering into fish farming in our part of the world, that is Ghana, is not an easy venture due to the high cost of feed involved. Many youngsters, don't have the initial capital to start. However my dear lenders, I am into that business because, I am fortunate to have met this great family, zidisha, at the appropriate time. Your loan free interest is what has made it possible for me to survive in this great business. The demand for the harvested fish is great due to the high amount of protein fish has. If I am given this loan my lenders, it will be used to expand my fish farm, thereby constricting one additional pond, buy more variety of feeds and fingerlings to stock my pond. List of the activities include
Cost of constructing one pond=$120
Cost of fingerlings=$50
Cost of feed=$90
Fertilizing the pond =$20
