About Me
I am an entrepreneur , a nutritionist by training. I have worked variously formally and informally. I run a start up called Glofha general supplies and a women empowerment group called kaleluya women self help group. Besides this I run a business of money transfer and rental units which I have been slowly progressing thanks to Zidisha.
I come from a very humble back ground but discipline , hard work and honesty has really shaped my life and blessed my fortunes.
My Business
I run a dairy farm now with 2 Fresian cows which calved in Dec , I sell milk and use that for feed and save the rest. I equally farm maize and beans and other vegetables in a 2 acre piece of land .
I have rental units that give me a regular monthly income that support me and my family.
Loan Proposal
The loan is going to aid me in running my current project which is vegetables and beans on the farm. its a rainy season and its best for planting. The farm is one and half acreage. I need 12 @2kg bags of bean seed. This goes for $72, with a fertiliser diammonium phosphate one bag which goes for $29, there's labour which is going to cost me an aproximate of $50,that is for ploughing ,harrowing and planting.
In such a season I intend to use this time and rain well, hopedully the crop will do well and ill be able to harvest later in the year and sell at a profit come next year. The lroceeds will really help me to pay for my sons fee who is joining high school and my d ughter who is starting her kindergaten. Ill really be grateful if I could be funded
