My Business

Exactly one year ago I began a small M-pesa services near my own home. Over the last year my business has grown significantly to the point where I now need to expand.

I am writing this letter to request for a loan so that I can expand my business. I am very confident that there is a strong market for Airtime,Phone repairs and accessories, covers among others. I have many repeat customers and my client base is growing rapidly as word about my business spreads throughout the community. Therefore I am requesting Ksh788, which is my loan limit as per now. My business is taking advantage of an opportunity to become a highly distinguished and recognized leader in the cellular communications industry. It is my goal of my busines to become established as the leading distributor phone and its accessories and communications services in my area.
In order to achieve this goal, critical success factors will be to identify emerging trends and integrate them into my growing company operations, respond quickly to technology changes/be there early, provide high-quality services, invest time and money in marketing and advertising, expand into specialty markets, and stay ahead of the "technology curve."
