About Me

I'm Emmanuel Otieno Odago, a 23 year old Kenyan. I live in Kiambu county with my single mother and my sister and brother. Life has not always been easy because even currently I'm not able to finish my degree course due to lack of fees. But I am not discouraged since I have my own business with which I try to make ends meet.

My Business

I have a business which sells Samosas and Mandazis. I have owned the business for a month now and I have been making a 30% profit each day. I use the profits for my upkeep to pay my rent and household items.

Loan Proposal

I am requesting a loan so that I can expand my current business from selling mandazis to selling mandazis and samosa. The money I receive I will use to buy another jiko costing 5 dollars, a display cabinet for the samosas costing another 5 dollars and buy the ingredients for the samosas which will cost 7 dollars. By expanding my business I project an increase in profit from 5 dollars daily to 10 dollars.

You become a part of the problem when you take a loan with no intention to repay it Emmanuel. It takes funds away from others who do abide by the rules put in place to preserve as much funding as possible for all borrowers and leanders. How long would your business last if you provided goods or services and no one paid ? Please be responsible and step up and make the payments on your loan.

Please make a payment on your Zidisha loan. Lenders loaned to you with good faith that they would be paid back in a timely manner. Zidisha is a powerful tool when used correctly to grow a business. Do not throw away an opportunity to prosper in the future.

If you are not able to make a payment then please leave a comment. Every lender understands that there are difficult periods in someone’s life!
