About Me

my name is ellah nakaluzwe.i was born on 17th january 1970 in mufulira,copperbelt of zambia.i was born in a family of eight and am the first born.i went to primary school in ndola at pamodzi primary school.i did my secondary at kansenshi secondary school in ndola.i completed my grade twelve in 1991.my father used to work for atlas copco.and my mother was a business woman.when i completed secondary school,i started a saloon at home.this helped me to raise some money.i also worked for a company called ionian motors in ndola as assistant accountant/debt collector.i got married in 2003.i have two kids,a boy and a girl.my husband and i lived in ndola and then he was transfered to choma.in 2015,November my husband passed away,then I continued live in choma because I had started doing the business am doing update while my husband was alive. I overcome hardship by understanding the not to depend on one business. The culture in the place were I live is they believer so much in farming than depending on work. I love my children to be one a doctor that is what my boy told me the girl wants be a nurse and do the same business am doing. my hobbies I doing business travelling reading books and having good times with my children

My Business

when we came to choma with my husband,i opened up a salon /cosmetic shop.in 2008.my salon is located just within choma town center next to barclays bank at SPCMU complex.i usually order my comsmetics and hair products from lusaka.this business is good because alot of people like to look good therefore they come to my salon for hair products and cosmetics.when i get this loan i would like to order more things for my business and expand it. i would like to do manicures and pedicures as well as selling clothes.that way it will be easier for me to make more money and be able to take care of my two children as am a single mother now.

Loan Proposal

i would like to use the loan to improve my business.i want to order more cosmetics and clothes.the clothes i want to order are,ladies suits,mens suits,coats and cosmetics like face powders,lipsticks,weaves and nail polish.for the suits i get them at $25 each for men.for women i get at about $20 each. i then sell the suits at $ 65 and for ladies i sell at $40. for cosmetics i buy a adozen of face powder at $ 20 and i sell at $40 dollars.the last loan i got has boosted my business and ild like it to improve further thats why im requesting for this second loan.
