About Me

My name is Mourice Odhiambo. I'm 26 years old and a second born in a family of 6. Growing up was not so easy for me because I had to sacrifice a lot for my younger siblings. As a young man I loved listening to music especially hip-hop, and I knew that I would one day become a Dj in Kenya.
After clearing my High School education I couldn't further my studies because I had to let my parents take care of the younger ones. So I did small jobs and raised small cash to buy a small Dj machine and a laptop. I started to train myself with the help of a friend who is a Dj and finally I became good and now I get invites to perform in events and clubs.
The income I get I use it for my upkeep. save a little for college and help my parents to pay school fees for my siblings.

My Business

My Business is not doing so bad but I need to invest more in better machines and sound systems to provide my customers with the best. Every weekend I get called to perform in weddings, corporate events, birthdays and parties but at times I'm limited because I don't have all the best machines to Dj with.
In future, I'm planning on starting an entertainment company where I get to provide Dj services, MC services, hiring my sound systems and open a Dj and music Academy.

The longest journey starts with a stride and this is just a beginning for me. I'm willing to learn so that i can be the best in what I do.

Loan Proposal

Thank you so much for the loan you sent me. I'm so grateful for believing in me; I used the money to pay for the DJ system that I'm still intrested in purchasing. I'm hopeful that I'll finish paying for it very soon.

It is my hope that you will increase my loan limit very soon so that I can be able to clear the huge debt that I still have at the electronic shop. Thank you.
