About Me

I was born In Greater Accra region of Ghana. About two years ,my father took to western part of the country. There I had my basic and Senior High education.
I then came to Accra for the degree course.I started this business when I finished my national service and could not get any job in public sector as it is ambition of many young graduates . I decided to start my own business to support the society
Initially , I borrowed small money from friends and also based on the credit suppliers system by the yam producers, help me to be in the business till now.

My Business

I supply food retails to individuals . In fact I choose this type of goods because food helps individuals to survive in life. No matter how the economy of any country, is nobody stay away from food. Food is basic essential which is needed everybody. My cost of the business is the : purchases , transportation , off-loading or carriage inwards by heard porter to my sales place. The revenue is only income from the sale.
In fact since the capital of the business is small ,about 70% of the profit is reinvestment. Most time, we need to deposit some amount of money with the producers before we can get goods from them.

Loan Proposal

I will use the loan amount to buy some bags of maize and tuber of yams. All these are brought to my time from the northern part of the country .The price of a bag of maize is about 50 dollars and tuber of yams is counted @100 pieces which is also about 20 dollars. The total amount is about 70 dollars and I used the rate of 3.6 GHS per 1 dollar.
