About Me

I was born in Embu where i also schooled to secondary level.I joined college for one term but was forced to drop out due to lack of school fees.I tried to look for a job and i got one as an office assistance.The pay was a bit small that i could hardly sustain my self leave alone my family. I bought a camera learnt how to take pictures from a friend and its that business that has grown to my current engagement. I owe a studio where i develop photographs as well as sell picture flames. My dream is to tap into the digital market as the older cameras are being replaced by the digital ones..

My Business

I run a book and photo shop.I got into the business as a way of my own upkeep and that of my family.my customers are the many camera men who come to my shop to have their photos developed and buy picture flames,This is my main business though i combine it with selling books.My biggest challenge has been the change in technology as far as developing photos is concerned as most camera men have upgraded their cameras which are not compatible with my old version picture developer machine.My dream is expand my business and open new branches.My business is my sole source of income for my family and for this am very proud.

Loan Proposal

I am going to acquire a digital color printer.This will help me be able to serve more customer especially the clients that are using digital cameras as well as phones who are now the majority.The quality of the photos will be high thus higher customer satisfaction
