i am martha mugo kenyan 43 years citizen years single with one daughter 22years,now in collage am the first born i the family of four,my dad died 2018,due to heartattack now i have only my mother who is doing business of small scale farming,she lives with in Nakuru county.
i live with in nakuru town,estate know as racecourse,from nakuru town its 20minites drive,near chrisco church,or carol academy,I own now I don't rent thanks God for this far,
i started schooling with in nakuru county lenana primary,where i did my KCPE 1996 n later joined solai secondaly school where i did my KCSE in 2000 and i attained a grade of c+,in the year 2002 i joined kemtom collage where i did a coarse of catering,for two years,up to diploma grade,
After collage i was employed for 2 years in different hotels as front office lady and house keeping,due to poor payment i decided to open my own business.
i live within manengai crater ,which is the largest crater in the world which is a big attraction of tourist and also lake nakuru which has pink flamingos,i like adventure so much,even some days i do dream having my own tour company.so when am free i like going out for nature walk,
As a single mother,and with big responsibility i decided to open a food kiosk business which was doing well,but due the premises of my business i was forced to move by county council,which i was affected in a way i was,helpless not knowing where to go or where to turn,but by good luck i come with a idea of starting a curio shop along kenyatta avenue, opp MERICA hotel,which am running up to date,i sell African jewellery,sundials,kanga,curved animals.currently I am selling soft drink in whole sales n retail,along Karibux road ,Nakuru town, where I own the shop I don't rent...happy to this achievement... I get my stuff from Tanzania...where I try to compete with coco cola company,
reason why am applying loan is due to
this covid_19pandemic at least I buy some food...my business was affected...can't be able to get my stuff..because all borders are closed, but am hopping this will end soon...we go back to our normal life this business has really changed my life,coz am able to make profit more than 50k....per month,I pay revenue 7500,annually, and other expenses...like fee for my daughter,electricity, phone bill.
I will add more stock,to my project,so I can make more profits, to ba able to give back to community
