My names are Nickson Mobutu Ontweka, was born in Kisii Central district, Mwamogesa Village, next to Darambili Market. Was born in 1972 and went to primary school that I did my KCPE in 1990 where I got my certificate and later I joined a Secondary school and finished my O level in the year 1994, thereafter I joined a driving school for 3 months and joined driving where I worked for 10 years after that I dropped and joined Juakali as welder in metal works since 2005 where I started my own business to make steel doors, windows, gates, and all types of metal works. I am a married man with one wife Rose and we are blessed with 3 children and all are in public schools. Last born being in class 1, second born in class 5 and eldest in class 8 and hopefully in the new year she will join form one is a secondary school. I am blessed with 2 daughters and a boy.
I Nickson Mobutu Ontweka, I love and I like business than being employed since I am hardworking and I like to commit myself in long hours in my business which I know am making money. My business it deals with metals works, battery charging and paintings.
The business is marketable as so many buildings are coming up in the Kisii county as the town is expanding, through this business I can be able to repay the loan while I feed my family and educate my children.
My business also has risks but sometimes are minimal, due to credit terms to your customers, as few of the customers they come so close as good customers and once you give them the service as good customers they run away while without repaying the credit.
This second loan will enable me to purchase metals and fabrication materials for my clients work which is still pending to be finished soon to allow me fasten the process and also to give room for my customers.
Welding rods are also needed so I hope that the work for my clients is complete to give room for more customers as it always to keep clients properties and work in a safe and well locked.
Thank you and I hope you will consider my application once again to raise my loan in time so that I can be able to achieve all this work. Zidisha loan is good when managed well and hope they will increase the grace period to at least one month so that we can get chance to invest in this loans, one week grace period is for sure it is much limited.
