About Me

I am Romana Colman, a youthful entrepreneur, a mother of two children and owner of ASE Baby shine day care in mwanza.
After graduating university it was challenging for me to take care of my family due to unemployment rate in our country.
I decided to start a small Daycare called ASE baby Shine day care for the aim of supporting parents who are busy with work to take care of their children " we call it a place of caring and shining".

My Business

I started a Daycare in 2018 with five (5)children and I rent a building as a premise for school.I started with a modest investment of 50,000Tanzanian Shillings, with one teacher and one care taker who use to support the children throughout the day.
Due to the needs of daycare. I have been supported by different friends and stakeholders and the daycare have grown up from (5)children and now Caters to 70 children in 2023.

Project Proposal

However , we still need support for infrastructure and education materials. I'm seeking a loan of 300,000 Shillings to enhance our facilities, employ more staff, and alleviate unemployment. Hence the improvement will attract more parents,increasing the capital and reducing child loneliness at home.
