I am 28 years old with a Masters Degree from one of the best universities in Kenya. unfortunately, the social economic status of most kenyans is at a record low. With most of the youth being unemployed even after going through education system. It is then that I have started an online business of writing high quality articles for various news sites, web pages and general websites. I am now in the writing industry for three years straight and I don't think whether I will search for employment any more.
My Business
online writing is quite profitable as the only input is a small capital to enable me buy access to Internet. After submitting the articles, an editor goes through my work then approves the payment. The whole process from writing to submission and payment approval takes from three days to a week maximum. an average article of about 500 words costs from $2 to $5. on a good working day, I write upto 3000 words. The challenge comes when some clients are not trust worthy and after submitting the articles they dissappear without paying.
