About Me

My name is John. John has Farming related business ideas which requires capital to venture but I have recently graduated and have not had employment. I have chosen cabbage farming to start with and am in pursuit of a piece o land 1-3 acres for a start.

My Business

Sale of after a successful short season growing cabbages,, local community buy directly from the farm. Traders too will be welcome in the farm for start because transport to the Market requires some modern means of transportation. In Meru county Kenya and my farm is 6km away from a town market of Timau.
With farming still in progress, I dedicate the rest of my time when I am free from the farm to Milk business.. one I have tried for months now with a stable volume of about 150 litres per day.

Project Proposal

I intend to carry on with a milk supply business that I began mid 2023. I now seek to rally more funds to increase my daily milk stock that I acquire a litre of milk at Ksh 50 and sell to 4 hotels that buy at Ksh 60. I have a new customer who I cannot meet their demand due to commitments to my old customers. I am hoping to meet the demand needs of my present and future together with my Zidisha community.

    Thank You lovely zidisha community.
I intend to purchase (1)40 litres washable plastic milk can with tall neck
Thus will make it easy for delivery of milk seamlessly to exchange with that of my delivery lorry, in the morning when milk arrive.

My project delayed a little bit, and I came out stronger and I intend to do wonders after dusting myself off. I ask my community to help me again and will be very rejuvenated to make another dream come alive

My loan helped me start a roadside business during my freedays while in college that i used to make maandazis (fried bread) and mahamri (donut without a hole) in my hood centre. Served with hot coffee and passersby would love my menu in the evening when it was cold. I got upkeep money from my small business and sometimes my rent. Thank u Zidisha community
