About Me

I Lenders, my is Alfred Nyatuka Matwere,being the second born son and third born child in my family, I was born and raised in a village called Kegati within Gusii in Nyamira. I went through Kegati primary school and later Kisii boys and upon completion of my O levels, engaged myself into agriculture.
Kisii area is a well endowed region with arable lands and rainfall almost throughout the year making it favorable to Agriculture.
Immediately after form four, I went straight into helping ,my parents in farming but later decided to venture into my own agriculture. Doing some research I settled for Dairy goat farming since its products is unique in a way and my community believes to have some medicinal value

My Business

Dairy farming is my passion. After High school,I helped my parents in the farm before settling on my own. Considering the climatic conditions, I decided to go for Dairy goat farming. The products are awesome and ever in demand. The milk in my community is believed to have some medicinal value and therefore necessitated my joining. I have done a lot of research regarding how it is being carried, with advance of my parents of about Ksh. 15000, I was able to buy two dairy goats and managed to learn from them. I am now confident going forward that managing it will never be hard.

Loan Proposal

The first loan given to me is an initiator to a bigger thing in future. The loan of 5 dollars will enable me purchase some dairy feeds for the two goats.
I will buy some hay this will improve the milk production
The money realized from the milk will enable me repay the loan and ask more.
This will be a source of inspiration to many youth in my home area and across the county
