About Me

Hello! My name is Dickens Omondi Magambo, I am 29 years old and I am married to my lovely wife with a 3 years old beautiful baby girl. We are only two in our family my sister and I.

I was born in Nairobi Kenya Pumwani Hospital 17th June 1987 then grew up in Umoja Estate. I grew up in a very religious background we could go to church every Saturday because i am a Seventh Day Adventist. I was brought up with both of my parents until 1998 when my father passed away. I was 11 years old then an my sister was 7 years old. My mother was a housewife but when my dad passed on she couldn't raise money for my school fees so i stayed home for 1 year. My mother got a small job and managed to take me back to school until i finished my high school.
After high school i started doing casual jobs for 2 years paying school fees for my sister and taking care of my mother since she was sick at that time. I prayed to God and i managed, i went and did my computer packages and was employed doing clerical jobs and officer messenger. Later on i did a Diploma in Graphics Design.
I came to be interested in doing graphic design, cybercafe, photocopy and printing services because i really love designing logo for companies and printing.
In Kenya here job is very difficult to get so people here working looking for a job.

My hobby is trying to make an opportunity to people who went through what i went through and generally i like helping people who are in need of jobs that's my hobby.

My Business

I would like to do designing logos, cybercafe, printing jobs and photocopy. Right now in our country people are using the internet more often because they want to apply for jobs, work online, social media, many companies are come up so logo designs are required, photocopying of personal documents, looking forward to buy tenders for printing Journals, receipt books e.t.c for big Government organization.
My typical costs is 10,000 Kenyan Shillings and revenue is 16%. My profits i pay my personal bills, save for my child's education and growing my business.

Loan Proposal

I will look for a bigger premise and add some more computer machines. Rent is 100$, five computers machines 600$. This will add the number of users which will increase my profits and my customers will be able to find more space to do what they want to do on the internet. My profit will tremendously come up high.

I called Dickens before his loan was raised explained to him about the member's loan fund but he preferred to start with the minimum amount or seek other financial options that suited his situation per that moment. I wrote that in the profile review but still money was send to him! It's hard to follow up with such a memere. ....

Hello, i would like to buy extra computer machines then i find a bigger room for my business so that i improve my profits. Because there is congestion to where i am right now customers come and go because they can't wait for other customers to. I know this money is going to help me sort out this problem and i am going to get good profits at the end. I would now be forced also to create job opportunity to people who are jobless. Thank you for lending me this money and changing my life i highly appreciate it.
