I am currently an author working as a civil servant in my country. Kenya is an awesome country in regard to natural resources, national treasures and cultural diversity. However, the nature of my work puts me in touch with the struggles that many people face to the extent that they have to resort to crime. I enjoy the work involved in rehabilitation and playing a role in the promotion of societal peace.
My hobby is creative writing including fiction and poetry. Additionally, I create inspirational books, articles and other material with a focus on mental health awareness and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness. I am a Psychology Graduate but I still enjoy studying psychology since there's no end to it as humans are constantly evolving psychologically.
My debut non-fiction is available on the re-known Amazon store both in kindle and paperback versions. If I could market my books intensively or create as many books as I possibly can, it would be a best-seller.
Furthermore, I still need to rely on cheap services for editing, book cover designs, printing and editing.
With my Psychology Major plus the additional expertise gained from my job working with people who face many social problems (often extreme), I believe my books are an awesome way for me to spread mental health awareness in my country, we're bound by cultural attitudes, a majority of people (even those highly educated) have misconceptions of mental health.
I am currently in need of raising funds for printing copies of my debut book on suicide: "The Big Dilemma: Do Life or Quit Life?" Here is the link to the book https://www.amazon.com/Big-Dilemma-Do-Life-Quit/dp/1095065130
My bro's cyber needs to be unsunk from debt and more equipment stocked and the current equipment serviced.
