About Me

I was born and raised in a small but vibrant community. From a young age, I was always curious and eager to learn. In primary school, I developed a strong interest in technology, even though our access to computers was limited. Whenever I had the chance to use one, whether at school or at a relative’s home, I was fascinated by how it connected people and provided access to endless information. This fascination sparked a dream in me to one day work in the field of technology.
After completing secondary school, I decided to turn my passion for technology into a business. I knew that many people in my community needed access to the internet and digital services, just like I did when I was younger. I also noticed the growing reliance on mobile money services like M-Pesa, which offered a great opportunity to meet a vital need in the community.
My cyber café is more than just a business; it’s a dream fulfilled, and a step towards a future where technology and entrepreneurship can uplift entire communities.

My business is a dual-service operation that combines the benefits of a cyber café with the convenience of an M-Pesa agent service. It serves as a one-stop shop for digital needs and financial transactions, catering to a broad range of customers in your community.

Cyber Café Services
Internet Access: Customers visit your cyber café to access high-speed internet for various purposes such as browsing, emailing, social media, online studies, and more. You charge customers based on the amount of time they spend using the computers.

Printing and Scanning: You offer essential services like printing documents, photocopying, and scanning. These services are especially useful for students, professionals, and small businesses.

Document Services: Customers can come to you for help with typing, formatting, and preparing documents, whether it’s a CV, a school project, or official letters.

Digital Services: In addition to basic internet access, you might assist customers with setting up email accounts, creating social media profiles, or other online activities they need help with.



M-Pesa Agent Services
Money Transfers: As an M-Pesa agent, you facilitate mobile money transfers, allowing customers to send and receive money easily. This is especially valuable in areas where banks or ATMs are not easily accessible.

Bill Payments: Customers can also pay their bills through your M-Pesa service, making it a convenient stop for handling utility payments, school fees, or other regular expenses.

Project Proposal

The primary objective of this project is to raise funds to purchase a sufficient stock of printing papers to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. This will enable us to meet the current and future demands of our customers, enhancing the overall customer experience and supporting the growth of our business.
