Introduce yourself to lenders.I Jane Mueni I went to school but left to get married at Form 2. We later divorced and I went to Nairobi where I began my business with KSH 100 bob by buying sukuma wiki at KES 50 bob and tomatoes at 50Ksh. This was in 1995. I continued until I owned a retail shop.
I own 4 acre land tilt and have planted mangoe trees , pawpaw trees, passion fruit trees, avocado trees and orange trees and plant seasonally maize, peas, beans, arrow roots, cassava etc. In a year I can earn KSH 200,000. I use the profit to educate my last born in a private school.I have been developing the area since is a semi arid area
I intend to use all the money granted to me to busy some crates of soft drinks (Soda) and pesticides for my mango trees. A crate of Soda 300 ml bottles costs Ksh 680. I will buy five crates at Ksh 3,400. I will then buy another two crates of soda 500 ml bottles at Ksh 1800 at Ksh 900 per crate. I will then buy insecticides with the remaining amount to prevent my mango trees from pest attack. I will use the profit obtained to pay fees for my child next term.
