Born in 1979 in a family of six, I went through primary education and secondary education afterwards. I then proceeded to college where i studied Diploma Business information Technology. Due to our large family i had to find a way to earn a living because my parents were not able to continue providing for each and every one of us as they were now retired. I looked for a job but i couldn't find a suitable one which could cater for my needs. i decided to save some money which enabled me to buy a computer which i used to register for freelance opportunity which had been recommended by my friend. I made some money which enabled me to rent some space in our town where i continued to give computer services to the public. I am now looking to get funding which will boost me to greater heights. Entrepreneurship is the best solution for my situation.
I rent a space in Kisii town where I do computer repair, networking, data recovery and software development. In the current day to day life, computers are essential and they need servicing and fixing every now and then. I give the services at a fee from which i earn a living and make some savings. Computer spare parts are in great demand hence the need to stock the spare parts. The charges for fixing a computer without using any spares is at least Kshs. 1000/=. Fixing using replacement of some parts the cost depends on the price of the spare used plus the service fee. The profits I make go to rent payment, school fee, food and buying household equipment. I would like to improve my spare parts stock to make more profit which will help me to long term financial stability.
The second loan having already boosted me to improve my business, I will like to spend the next loan as follows:
Purchase: Antivirus software
3 Laptop adapters @ $11.8
6 P.C Mouse @ $4.62
5 Power cables @ $4.82
2 P.C Keyboards @ $ 6.74
3 Laptop speakers @ $ 2.02
These loan will improve my business and life in general through the profits I make. My expected profit will be $ 18
Regards.
