About Me

Im a Kenyan citizen living and working in Nairobi city.i am a social work with the National Community base organization council as the president and i also do security business from which i make an average of 500 USD a month which I use to contribute towards some of the charity programmes that we don't have sponsors, as well as for my family needs. The name of my security company is called captain venture security.
I intend to use the money to purchase plastic waste papers from the slums to recycle them in order to produce plastic ropes and baskets and even caps. the idea aims at cleaning the environment from plastic waste and creating employment for those slum dwellers, as well as generating income.using the good network I have, as a president of National Community base organization council, I intend to eventually expand the business to cover more slums around Nairobi.

My Business

i run a security company, CAPTAIN VENTURE SECURITY COMPANY. my company offers the following services:
*full time guards paid on monthly basis:- these provide services to corporate companies, homes private institutions..etc.
*temporary guards (between 1 hour to 24 hour service) paid hourly.:- these provide security to cover weddings, escort services..etc
*V.I.P. escort and protection
my company has good, outstanding, well trained guards who are well disciplined. this together with the increased level of insecurity in the city(Nairobi) there is a high demand for security services.
the company is faces risks, among them, taking responsibility when there is burglary in the place where we provide services, though we have an insurance cover.
Our total revenue per month is estimated to be 3500 US Dollars, our total direct labor costs are estimated to be 2000 US Dollars, operational costs, insurance and rent charge are estimated to be 1000 US Dollars per month. this amounts to a profit of 500 US dollars a month.
I request for a loan of USD 50. I intend to pay 4 US Dollars per week. I will use my Current Company Profits to repay the loan

Loan Proposal

i will use this loan to continue buying used plastic papers through the slum dwellers and sale the same to the recycling farm with profit . in this business many of my group members also do benefit through collecting the papers washing them and selling to me before i can resale to the recycling farm at a profit .this amount of us dollars 429.395 will actually put food on many tables before i make my own profit.
