Am Suzanne opoku boateng first born of 5 children. Am 22 years of age i went public school with my two other siblings. We struggle to go to and even get food to eat because my mother is single mum. Who do petty trade. I have run away from to do minor job to support my mother and other sisters. Upon doing all these jobs i still study my books and i did well and attained admission to college. At the university, life became very tough nd rough for me. Supports were not coming so I've borrow money from friend to feed on. The monies i gathered from friends were what i used to start my ladies bags business in school. Business was going on well and i was not dependent on my friends again. It is how i overshadowed hardships in school. I sometimes send money home for my mother a nd sisters. Am from Ghana in west African and am a fante because i descend through matrilineal clan where i go to my mother line. The unique of my culture is kundum festival. My hobby is cooking.
Ladies bags are the business am doing in school now. When i went to school i noticed that my female friends find it difficult going to get their bags for lectures in town. So i told myself that why don't i help my friends and help myself too. So i took this decision that i should try it. and i tried it and it succeed. Then i started borrowing money from Friend for food but i used some to start the business. I got quite money to pay my school fees and part for my hostel fees but is not enough for me because i have to send some home too. The cost involved was very huge so I got little support from friends I told them about my idea. With help of my friends I was able to make quite revenue to support home and myself.
I will add the loan to my initial capital to buy more clothes and bags for selling . I will buy 100 pieces and 50 ladies bags which one boxer pant is $2 and one ladies bag is also $3.
The benefit the people get is by covering their naked body and put their books and their bags. The benefit I will get is by paying my school fees and send part of the money home for my family up keeps. I expect a massive increase since my loan has been increased.
