I was brought up in a family of four two girls and two boys and I was the last born . I was able to go through primary education and secondary education where I archied a good grade . After secondary school I didnt go to any college although I always wanted to train in electronic repair.
I moved to the capital Centre Nairobi where I was introduced into business by my cousin and through my savings and help of zidisha and other lenders I started a clothing business.
The business is growing well despite some challenges here and there
I started my business with men and small children clothing which includes kakis jeans shirts jackets and others. I has grown well and am now able to sell ladies trousers and others .I chose clothing business since clothing is a basic need and its also a way of fashion to many of the people. Most of my profits go back to my business . I use it in adding new varieties and designs so as to make sure my customers get satsfied and gets what they want. I also have to save a little amount due to my future and my family.
I planning to purchase jeans for small boys and girls . since we are heading to christmas where sales of children clothing is high I need to have a good stock .. the jeans cost between 3 to 5 dollars each where I will have to sell them at 7 to 9 dollars makinga a good profit. I expect my profit to increase with about 15% and I will be very thankful to my lenders.
