About Me

My name is Adeigah Redeemer and am 25years of age. I I schooled and completed St Patrick Anglican Junior High school in the year 2013 at Kedjebi in the Volta region of Ghana. There was a preparation for me to continue my education but unfortunately my mom who was a petty trader got involved in a fatal accident on the Kumasi Road in her return from the Asante region after purchasing of raw materials for her clients and lost her life. Our living condition became very though because my dad who is a small scale farmer wasn't able to cater for I and my two smaller siblings. I had no option than to run from the village to the city of Accra where I can get something to do. I found a woman who was operating a chop bar. I pleaded so I can help her work in order to get something to eat and for my upkeep. Few weeks later she started paying me some wages. This has help me to send some money to my poor father and siblings for their school fees and their upkeep. A year later, my Madam fell seriously ill and couldn't get any one to manage the chop bar. She asked me to take over the management of the place in order to pay her off her investment in the business. I worked for a year to pay her off. I now owned the chop bar and have employed other two to assist me.

My Business

I now owned a chop bar where I do variety of local foods and especially soup foods. At the moment I have two workers that are working for me. Hoping to expand soon as to be able to create more employment opportunities for people that want to work. I believe that when my application to join Zidisha is granted, this will give me a lots of opportunities to apply for unlimited loans to help me expand.

Currently my cafe needs chairs, which can cost about $300 . It will increase in high customer rate.thank you
