My last loan helped me hire a car to distribute African prints to other communities near my community and I bought the African prints from the same loan given to me. It help me increase my profit to 23% which I used some to cater for my sick mom and also cater for my Kids at school

        Hello Mabel,
I'm sorry but, have you really make a help message that only can be seen from your help message page after it published? I saw your thread in the forum. If you means the ticket that you've sent was published in the forum, It is actually not the correct way to reach them directly.
Go to your help page and choose "intent to be a community moderator or payment not credited to my account" or other ticket options over there that isn't direct you to make a thread in the forum.

As Laurie said above, if indeed Mary think and you think the account closed by mistake, please provide Zidisha the proof. Thanks

I understand, Mabel. I just wanted you to be aware that it's even less likely that a borrower would receive a reply from the Staff on a borrower-lender Discussion page. There are hundreds of thousands of Zidisha members (borrowers and lenders, each with a HELP link in their account), but currently only two people on the Staff.

That said, I see that the Julia (the Director) is one of your lenders, so maybe she would notice your message and would have time to reply here (although I think a support ticket probably is your best option). Anytime it's been more than three business days, you should try again, on the same support ticket (or in the same thread, if you posted in the Forum).
