About Me

My name is Tanazio Phiri, I live in Lubuto township in Ndola, Copper belt Province of Zambia. I come from a humble family being 3 children, 2 boys and 1 girl. I completed my secondary school at Lubuto High School and obtained a division one grade 12 school certificate. Therefore, I was awarded a scholarship to study a Diploma in Pharmacy of which I graduated with a Diploma this year in May, 2024.
Iam a full time entrepreneur, with the ambition to become a prominent business man in future. My hobbies is that I love swimming, travelling and exploring for new things in life.

My Business

I have a small drug store shop in our community and I sell medical drugs around the people in our community. After I graduated this year May, I saw an opportunity in our community to set a drug store because most people in our area have had challenges in accessing drugs near by except in far places. Now that the drug store is near by customer easily buy at my shop now. Medical drugs are highly in demand due to many diseases people suffer from especially tropical diseases such malaria, fungal diseases, stomach pains, constipation, headaches, diahorreah and many other medical drugs when needed by the customers. In short, I sell medical drugs in shop as my source of income.

Project Proposal

Following demand of malaria kit and mosquito net due to break out of malaria in our community, I need funds to restock them in my drug store and this will give me a lot of opportunity to generate more profit because demand for malaria kit is has really increased. In day I have more 5 customers coming to ask for them hence once am stocked up I will generate more money and expand my drug store shop.
