Iam David Ochieng Ooko.born in the village of mahondo in butere constituency. I joined Mahondo primary school,where I achieved my K.C.P.E.I later joined Butere Boys High School where I managed to achieve my K.C.S.E certificate.I am now 30years old. I hold BSc.Medical Laboratory Sciences from Kenyatta University and equally computer literate. I posses good interpersonal, communication, organizational and leadership skills for I have worked in various organizations at different capacities. My education and professional background and over five years work experience ( 5 years and 2 months in clinical and diagnostic medical laboratory, and 2 months in tutorial work), makes me confident in applying for this kind of loan from your esteemed organisation institution.I also have good writing skills, ability to work under tight deadlines and big interest in public issues and in addition; willing to learn more to improve my perception on different issues.

1.Currently working at ST JOHNS HOSPITAL as a laboratory technologist.

2.NYANZA PROVINCIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL.
January 7th ,2011 to April 19th ,2011;did clinical laboratory practicals and quality control in the following
areas:haematology,microbiology,histopathology,clinicalchemistry,mycology,parasitology,serology,phlebotomy and CD4/CD3 count.
3.Medical representative with FAMI investment-dealing with ceftriaxone injections.
4.TECHNICAL INSTITUTE.
July and august 2010; taught diploma students in medical laboratory department in the following areas:Medical microbiology,immunology,haematology,and parasitology.
5. KEMRIF HOSPITAL.
23rd April 2008 to 3rd June 2010.did hospital attachment in the department of medical laboratory technology. Here I covered the following areas:serology,parasitlogy,haematology,phlebotomy and bacteriology.
Loan Proposal
I will use the loan am requesting for to pump more stock into my existing business. The whole money together with part of my business profit will be used to buy more hospital gloves because when I buy in bulk the price will be lower than when I acquire them small quantity. this will significantly increase my profit. As my business grow, I intend to employ more people so as to build a busy society. So far i have a big network of friends and business associates which have greatly improved my business skills and social life.
