About Me

My name is Regina Atieno,I am the second born in a family of 5 children. I went to yenga primary school and yenga secondary school ,I failed to proceed to college due to lack of fees.
I worked as a house help for one year and saved for vocational training where I trained as a tailor . after completing my training , I worked in a friends workshop for four years,then saved $300 that i used to open my on workshop.
I come from the luo community and the community occupies western kenya , most of the people are peasant farmers and the staple food is ugalli.
I love reading novels,watching documentaries ,traveling and meeting new people and making new friends.

My Business

I am a tailor and a designer, I make new cloths and sell them to my customers. I made school ,uniforms, music bands uniforms,security personal uniforms, and college uniforms.
the demand for the goods is high because I am always honest,deliver good quality work on time and I always have fair prices.
I choose these business because i loved designing and because I knew the business was profitable.
My monthly typical costs are average $300-$400 per month depending on the work available. my monthly revenues average is $600-$800 . In a good month I make $300 in profits.
I spend the profits on my business to educate my siblings, take care of my parents and keep some money for reinvestment in the business.
