About Me
I am a mother of three and the bread winner of my family. My two sons are in university doing their degree courses while my last born girl is in form two.My work majorly is on farming.I have reared two cattle which each produces 10 liters of milk per day.I came from a rural area where Agriculture is the main source of income for the locals.So I am glad to acquire the loan from Zidisha so that I may improve my farming activities in the farm just like my neighbors. I have been selling my milk to the dairy board of Kenya and it has really helped me to accommodate the needs for my children with no difficulty. My passion has been working hard on my farm where I do not only rear livestock but also plant other cash crops. But my main interest is to buy one more dairy cattle which will bring in more income and also assist me feed my family with its products. I am very optimistic that the loan will help me boost my livestock rearing project in my farm.
My Business
If I qualify and secure a zidisha loan, I will use it to accomplish my dream of buying a dairy cow.I will rear it and once it calf's down, then the level of milk will increase.l have chosen this business project since it produces enough income every year of about USD 250.This profit I normally use to pay the fees and even paying my workers whom I have employed them on my farm to assist me. This livestock project is so helpful since it helps so much in real life.Without milk and butter then we shall luck a health life.The milk products that I will get then I will probably sell them to the dairy board and also to my neighbors who have little milk in their farms. A you can see this livestock project is so beneficial and that is the reason why I choose it and am proud of it.
Loan Proposal
When my loan has been fully funded I will faithfully pay the loan so that I can get a higher amount from zidisha team and also encourage my business associates to join the group the profit from the business will pay the loan and save up for my business growth.
