About Me

I was brought up in rural part of Nandi County formally nandi district in Rift valley province in Kenya. I attended Sang'alo primary school, i did my O Levels at Kaptel secondary school to which I passed but did not have enough funds to attend university. I later joined St Pauls Theological Collage and graduated as a clegyman.
I have since worked as a pastor at Anglican Church but due to financial constrains i joined business sector early last year(2015) as I was paying educational fees for my siblings. I stated my busines after selling a piece of land at my home which was enough to purchase a mini-van that i currently use. My ethnic language is Nandi which is famously known to produce long distance athletes, we place high value on cattle and land.
i would like my children to attain highest education level possible and attain financial independence in medical sector. I am a clergy and guidance is my area of interest that in mind i like encouraging and advising community in spiritual and economic development issues

My Business

I am a land Lord of low class people in the society in eldoret. In Kenya and all of the world houses are in high demand .Current houses are expensive for low class people, I thought it could be good for me to provide this services particularly to those with very low income I.e hawkers, poorly paid which carries 90% of the population in the area. For instance am helping a mother and her family who normally pays me on a weekly after selling her banana on a daily basis.
I charge Ksh.1,500 per unit in a month and I've got only 12 units but the demand is still high, so I need money to make it look decent and if possible do some extension in the remaining space.
The income generated by the business is used to pay up for my children school fees and also for the family upkeep. Am also saving to expand my rental houses and if possible buy another piece of land.
As I said earlier on the second last paragraph on this profile there is a free space in my piece of plot, which now need to be developeand I'm kindly asking my leaders to reconsider me fundinding this expensive project for me,

Loan Proposal

My vehicle tires are at worn out state i would like to take a loan and add to buy new tires which will cost approximatively 80 dollars. this will reduce to number of punctures the vehicle experiences thus increasing efficiency and general returns.
I expend profound increase since it will increase the number of working hours

Once again I take this opportunity to thank all my lenders for the loan received and now have bought the materials for painting my rooms ready for rental. The rooms now look beautiful and attractive to my customers. Also the price has increased from Ksh.1,500 to Ksh.2,000 and I can see this has a great achievement.it has also increased our lifestyle at home and also assisting in repaying the loan, thanks to my lenders.
.Due to large number of people who need houses , we are now unable to accommodate them due lack of enough rooms however will need to increase some more units within the remaining space .
Hoping the income generated will help
Us as a family to go for easter lunch at comfy hotel in eldoret something we have never done before.
Part of the income generated again will help us to clear next term school fees for our son ,when he goes back to school for the second term of the year.please find a photo of me and workers as we clear up the painting work

To renovate the existing houses. And also to buy painting materials costing Ksh.12,500 and pay the manpower of KSh.3,500 and cater for transportation cost of KSH.4,500 and Ksh.1,500 for other expenses that may rise . Through this i believe this money wold have helped me to make the houses look neat and attract more customers hence generating more . Thank you so much for helping me.
