My names are Benson Ambuka Hosea. I am 30 years old and married to one woman. Through this woman God has blessed us with two kids a boy and a girl and one adopted son from my late elder brother. The three are all in school in the classes 2, baby class and class eight. They are my greatest motivation in working hard as their performance is really encouraging.
Well I come from Western and I currently live in Nairobi Kenya at an estate called Kawangware. About my family I was born in a family of six and I am the second last born. Well I went to school up to class eight where I had to drop out due to school fees as my parents who are just but only small scale farmers could not afford to pay my fees. This forced to move to Nairobi so that I could find a way to fend for myself. I have worked as a casual laborer on construction sites and some three years ago when I got a chance due to my honesty to work in an Asian shop as a shop assistant.
I am hardworking and very dedicated to my duties. I have so far learnt a lot about business management. But actually my passion has always been in owning my own business and I am actually doing it at small small or should I call it part time. This is not because I like it but because I Lack the fund to help me go full time or on large scale.
I am saved and I love Jesus as my personal savior. Before then I was a drunkard and I could not even have plan but since I stopped four years ago, my life has always been changing for better.
I am very humble and real committed to bettering my life through business and I have become an Icon of so many people both here where I stay and even back at my rural home.
Well my dream business is to start up a video show shop where I will be able to entertain people with video shows and showing of football matches.I currently do it but at a very small scale. I have a big screen with DSTV but due to lack of funds I do this from residential house where I can only cater for like 15 people per sitting. This response is actually overwhelming as I am able to collect up to between 700 and 800 Kenyan shillings per day. Out of this I am required to pay for the DSTV subscription, the rent and the guy I have employed so by the end of the day I remain with so little to enable me finance for the expansion. I would be happy to get a bigger room with permanent seats and and larger sitting capacity. This will actually increase my revenue. I would also be in position get legal requirements that will help me run without any fear of the council askaris. This is avery viable business basing in mind that at times I am forced to lock out some people especially during the football matches. Currently within My locality we have only two such like businesses which are also struggling in terms of satisfying the thirst of the so many customers. I have already a good will and I know if I work on this and improve my facilities I will be able to serve more people hence high revenue.
I will use the money to buy more seats and get another screen for my video show. I will also get more latest movies to show apart from the premier league football shows. I just there fore plead with our lenders to please consider me favorably and fund my proposal
